I have lost my login details
Your email is your username. If you don't remember which one you used to sign up you can contact the support team and we will help you out. If you don't remember your password you can request a new one.
How can i secure my account?
We require all users to use a strong password and we also encourage you to use 2 Factor Authentication. You can activate it by going to Account > Login & Security.
I have activated Two Factor Authentication and lost access to my phone and recovery codes
If you have lost access to your phone and your recovery codes you can get in touch with the support team and we'll help you get back into your account.
I want to delete my account
While we would be very sorry to see you go, you can delete your account and all the data we have about you by going to your Account page. Please keep in mind that once you delete your account there's no way to get it back.
Can I take my data with me?
Of course! You can login to your account and head over to Account > Personal Info and you will there have the chance to download every information we hold regarding your account with the exception of the password hash.
